About me

In my teenage years, my prospects looked grim.  I had no job and surrounded myself with people who had no real direction in life.  I was more interested in partying and fitting in than I was with improving myself and the people around me.  Even though i was surrounded with support from family, I had no path.  Self-inflicted problems without direction.

I took steps that I was “supposed” to take and I graduated college, started a career in real estate finance, got married, and had a family.

The birth of my children impelled me to take greater risks in business to provide for my young family. My performance sky-rocketed, and I became one of the top 1% producers in the country—netting more than $1M per year in income for more than half a decade.

Despite my success, deeper meaning was calling.  I was doing everything “society” needed but I desired to pursue something greater than myself.

Is this you?

I make my coaching services available for anyone seeking growth, direction, and a sense of purpose in life. Together, we’ll navigate your unique journey, empowering you to become the best version of yourself and create lasting impact.

Frequently asked questions

How does coaching with Jonathan work?

My coaching process involves one-on-one sessions, during which we explore your goals, beliefs, and challenges. Through structured exercises questions, we’ll foster self-discovery and create an actionable plan to help you set meaningful goals and gain momentum towards achieving them.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

The duration of a coaching engagement varies depending on individual needs and goals. Typically, clients see meaningful progress after 3 to 6 months of consistent coaching sessions. However, some clients choose to work together for a longer period to continue refining their skills and achieving new goals.

How often are coaching sessions held?

Coaching sessions are typically held once a week or once every two weeks, depending on your needs and schedule. This frequency allows for consistent progress while giving you time to process and implement new insights between sessions.

Can I work with Jonathan if I don’t fit the typical client profile?

Absolutely. While my coaching approach is tailored to family men, I believe that anyone can benefit from coaching. If you’re seeking to find meaning, purpose, and momentum in your life, I’m here to help you on your journey.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is a forward-focused practice that helps you set and achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and make lasting changes. Therapy, on the other hand, is a healing-oriented process that addresses emotional and psychological issues, often delving into the past. While both coaching and therapy can be valuable, coaching is more action-oriented and geared towards personal growth and goal attainment.
